Big Wheel has devised an extraordinary range of bespoke training workshops on topics as unlikely as Multi-Level Accounting, The Dangers of Falling, and How to Merge Professional Associations.

We work closely with each client to devise a training session which exactly fits what they want to get across. This could be:

• a ten minute sketch to illustrate a particular situation

• a half-hour drama which looks at a particular scenario followed by discussion of the potential threats and opportunities it presents

• 'forum theatre' where the audience stops and starts the action, suggesting different ways the actors might behave

• a whole-day training session combining performances by the actors, faciliated discussion, and exercises to model real-life practice.

We have developed a range of techniques which we feel can usefully illuminate almost anything. Sessions might be a whole day, or just a short intervention in a day of meetings and discussions. We are often used for the after lunch 'graveyard slot' to wake people up!
